Does anyone know of an attorney (anywhere in California) who knows anything about USC Title 18 codes 241, 242 & 352?!? I'm beginning to believe they're non-existant. I've been looking so long, I'm even beginning to wonder if Title 18 actually exists!

It exists. Why not look it up here: United States Code - TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE - PART I - CRIMES - CHAPTER 13 - CIVIL RIGHTS - section 241

Thank you. I know it exists...I was being facetious due to my exasperation of trying to find an attorney who knows what it is. But, thank you.

Have you checked the State Bar website? Without going into a lot of detail, I know there are a ot of attorneys who know about Title 18.
