When reasonable men and women lose all reason, it is time to take a stand. Tell me it's safe to drink water treatment and treatment after treatment from the toilet bowl.

These people are dangerous to your health.

how are these people dangerous to our health? all water has been $h!t and pi$$ed in at one time or another. all water also has to be treated before human consumption. it's not like our sinks are connected to underground springs of mountain fresh water.

Ya see. That's what I'm talking about. They have so programmed people that tap water is safe and routinely tell us that it is we believe them so the envelope gets pushed further and now they say that treated water used in sewage can be safely consumed. Not all water has been pissed in or otherwise contaminated.

Come on. Does drinking treated sewage water make any sense to anyone?

Unless you know someone can dance and make it rain, science is the answer
While its not pleasant sounding, its most definitely a reality of living here. No one ever said living in a desert would be easy.

Birth control pills, viagra, oxycodone. What's not to like. Drinking the water is like getting free healthcare.

Oh, puleeze!

Rivers go down their course. The water is extracted and drank and disposed. Then returned to the watershed via either natural or industrial treatments, then the water gets returned and reused.

We're drinking Colorado River water. How many times has that already been "recycled". So what's your problem?

(The Thames River water in England is reputed to have been "recycled" at least seven times before the population of London drinks it. They haven't been having any problems for lo these many decades. History documents that safe water recycling is possible.)

Water recycling is something that has been going on in nature since, uh, water first covered the world? Do you think for one second that the Colorado River water or the snowpack melt from the Sierras didn't have some animal feces or urine in it at some point?

You probably have an idea and are correct. But I can assure you it's so much worse than just oral medications.
