We've had terrible DSL internet with AT&T for years. AT&T never fixes the issue; they simply send out techs who tell us the problem is endemic to our area and that AT&T needs to send out engineers to assess and fix the issue. When I tell AT&T this, they send out another tech who tells us the same thing. We've been through several cycles of this silliness and we're a tad fed up.

Anyone out there in a similar situation in Bonsall? I'd like to band together and file a formal greviance against AT&T with the aim of compelling them to fix the problem.

So, post here, check out my Bonsall, CA - AT&T DSL Internet Problems FaceBook page (url below) and post/like, send me a message here with your contact info (or do that through FB), pass the word to other Bonsall residents that you know, etc. Once I have a sufficiently large number of folks willing to sign a petition/grievance, I'll move forward...

Thanks!

We're right on the border of Bonsall, but considered Fallbrook. As much as I HATE AT&T, we do have their U-Verse and rarely, rarely have problems with it.

DSL sucks in general IMO. Is cable internet available to you?

I agree! And "reliable DSL internet"= oxymoron. Our DSL is in a league of its own, however. I know folks that have U-verse and are fairly happy with it.

That said, it's what were stuck with (no Cox available, or i'd drop AT&T in a brain seizure...er heartbeat).

Sadly, no. I call Cox every few months just to check.

For the time being, we're stuck with AT&T DSL. Therefore, my main concern is to get some Bonsall folks together to file a joint compliant and/or petition since all the AT&T techs have told me the issue is endemic to our area...

U-verse is just "ok"....but we too have not much of a choice. There is a TW box that actually sits on a very corner of our property that services the gated community on one side of us. Yet..It is not available to me!
