San Diego rents are dropping too.

-6.1% from May 2022 to June 2022 per Zumper.

My take would be that the return to the normal eviction process for non-payment of rent is freeing up units.

I've actually seen from local press they are up 15% ... Although that is yearly and the zumper link is talking about a one month period.

Zumper is actually saying that they are up 20% YoY, but yes the point I'm making is that we've hit an inflection point in the past 60 days or so.
