Please let me know your thoughts as to what is a better place to live for a 1 bedroom. Looks like both are out of the busiest area of downtown. Please share your thoughts? or if anyone has lived in them or been in them...thanks!

That is near the airport which is near tourists and the like. Traffic will bad and parking will be worse. Type in the address in google and go to google maps. They have a lot of very bad reviews for the place. It looks nice on the surface but I would not live there. You can do better at the price they want.
