Hello,

We will move from Boston to San Diego in late July. How can I find a good elementary school for our daughter and an apartment which is not too far from the SD city? Are there any web sites that give apartment information, in addition to craigslist.org?

Thanks.

Can you give usmore information such as your price range, do you prefer suburb or urban?

There are a couple good elementary schools in Tierrasanta which is a suburb within city limits. It's a great neighborhood and close to just about everything.

Hello Imperial1904,

I appreciate your help very much.

My monthly salary is a little more than 6K so the net income after tax could be 4.5K to 5K. I guess the most expensive rent that we can afford might be 2K. By the way, can we make ends meet with the resulting 2.5K to 3K per month?

For schools, I was told by people here that schools in the suburbs of San Diego were better than those in the urban areas.

We will consider Tierrasanta area, but are there any other options for us to compare?

Thanks.
