hi im moving from san diego to san fran can u tell me any suburbs in san fran with the following:

-fast food resturants
-strip malls
-grocerry stores
-easy commute to downtown
-etc

If you go with Daly City, be prepared to wear layers of clothing. It is always foggy and cold in DC.

I thought all of California had those???

Anyway, everytown around SF has those. In fact, you might have a hard time finding a town without them.......
My preference is Walnut Creek. Fast commute to SF and all the junk food you can eat!

Oh, and we now have a CheeseCake factory!

It's warmer around Geneva, where the Cow Palace is.

Besides that being everywhere in the US;
Anywhere that BART goes will have what you ask for. You can live as much as 40+ miles away from SF proper and be near a BART station.
