Does anyone have info about this place?

I am moving to San Jose (work is in Campbell) and am thinking of renting a furnished place for a few months until I can get my bearings and find a house to rent.

I know where it is (corner of Stevens Creek and Lawrence Expressway near the Santa Clara border), what do you want to know about it? They specialize in short-term apartment rentals and aren't good for much else, but they're quite pricey - to the point that you might as well stay in a hotel and at least get meal service provided a couple times a day.

yes, that's true about the maid service, but then it is good to have the option of the location to get one's bearings. I'd go for it for a couple of months being new.

I actually toured this place about a year ago. VERY pricey, lovely apartments and amenities. Great big pool in the middle of the grounds, good fitness room and I think there is a play area for kids. Excellent central location, probably good for just about any commute in the Bay Area.

I would love to live there, too rich for my blood.

Thanks for the info so far. The price would be in my budget, but after emailing them I discovered that the units are not furnished but can be furnished at an additional cost of what works out to $200+ a month for a 2 bedroom.

So I may just stay at a hotel for a week or so and hopefully find a house to rent as I plan on staying long term but will likely be selling all my furniture on this end and purchasing down there due to moving costs.

I've looked at a number of apartment complexes in the Cupertino & Campbell area, all of which seemed to have a unit or two open, so I think you'll find something in the first couple weeks. Good luck! There is another place nearby that does short term luxury rentals, furnished. It is at the corner of Saratoga Ave. and 280.
