I need to take my iPhone in for service during work day hours (8a-5p). Has to be a drop-in visit, no appointment. What is the store that gives me the best chance for quick service?

There are five stores nearby. Which of these would give me the best chance to be seen quickly?

Valley Fair Mall, Santa Clara
University Avenue, Palo Alto
Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto
Downtown Los Gatos on Santa Cruz Ave
Cupertino, on Ridgeview Court

I've only been to Valley Fair and Los Gatos. All are near enough that the distance doesn't matter.

I plan to go to the store right when it first opens for the day, any weekday, I'm flexible.

Thanks in advance.

If your flexible and plan to go in when store opens, then why not get appointment?

I doubt you will get answer on this. People can provide their guess. I doubt anyone is familiar with all these Apple stores, unless the person works for Apple and knows the loading at these stores. But chances are he won't be on this forum and answering this question.

I have being to Valley Fair, University, Stanford stores. I find University to be the least crowded.

@jk88cal,

Friends told me it's a hassle to make appointments. My I.T. guy specifically said don't do it. So I'm going on their words.

I'm at the University store now. It is HUGE. And brand new, very nice. Have never been here before. Thanks for the tip, before you said that I was going to head to Valley Fair but that's a little farther. There wasn't a long line when I showed up, and the wait wasn't too bad.

Thanks.
