I've live in SF all my life until the last 2 yrs which I have been in San Diego.
Planning on moving back to the bay but not back to SF. I love the warmer weather so will not even think of SF. I know the weather is nice around Palo Alto Sunnyvale and Santa Clara but thats all I know. Is there alot to do around the area and how are the people there.

People are nice. The area is very suburban so define "a lot to do."

I'm Asian myself and looks like from all three I listed. Palo Alto and Sunnyvale are the two to look at. To do meaning good food, shopping areas and bars to go at night time. Not into clubs that's out but would like to be able to meet other people around the area as well.

You might want to look at the Willow Glen neighborhood of San Jose.
