My parents are getting ready to head down to look at a property in Palm Village in Bradenton FL. I believe it's located on 14th St towards South Bradenton. Does anyone have an opinion on this mobile home park or the area in general. The rest of the family is in Pennsylvania and their safety is our biggest concern. Thanks

Palm Village is a very secure and lovely park. My Mom has lived there for ten years with no troubles. She is 93 and we just moved her to assisted living. It's two miles from downtown and six miles to the beach. The area is close to shopping, malls and restaurants. We are about to place her double wide up For Sale this week. It's very nice and the only one available in Palm Village. Her home has an alarm system which includes Panic, Fire, Ambulance and a necklace panic button. Can't go wrong on this location or Park.
