Hi everyone. In my home search I just found out about the neighborhood of Chestnut Creek Estates. I know it is comprised of 7 subdivisions some maintenance free. Does anyone happen to live at Chestnut Creek? Have you noticed kids there? How are the pools and fitness center? I tried to search for pictures but couldn't seem to find any.

I live in Venice but not in Chestnut Creek so i cant say for sure if there are children there or not. I do know its in a nice area and is close to the Venice middle school and noy too far from the YMCA. There is a Publix supermarket a few miles away as well as a nearby Winn Dixie. You might check out Ventura Village. Fees are reasonable and there are many children in that neighborhood. I found this link on Chestnut Creek. Hope it helps you:

It is a very nice quiet area - very close to Venice Middle School - most homes have their own pools - there is no community pool or fitness center. Very nice homes in good neighborhood. We almost bought in there - there is some children - like any neighborhood in Venice - there are children but not tons of them.
