If there are thick palm trees around the community it might be a good idea to try to get management to have an arborist inspect the trees for nests and thin them out if necessary. Good luck with this awful situation.

Thank you for your information. I forwarded your reply to someone I know on the HOA board and she responded that the other board members said all that could be done, is being done. Now I know that is not true because they have not looked for more holes, they have not done a smoke test, they have not cut down any trees, I don't think they have placed bait traps outside, and the occupant is very clean. They just want to continue to trap them.
