We were turned off by LWR at first because of what we heard about CDD's. However, we are starting to look closely at Summerfield subdivision or Greenbrook Walk... Does anyone have input? We are in our 30's with a 3 year old, and our price is around $210. We would love a pool home on a lake... We are not fancy people, we don't drive brand new cars, and are also a bit concerned about fitting in-- I heard it can be a bit snooty...

Where did you hear you have to drive a new car or you wouldn't fit in. I can tell you the sub-divisions your looking at are all great and very family oriented. I have a home there and no one is snooty. Maybe in the country club, but again I don't live behind gates so I really can't comment

i lived in the country club---no one was snooty there either---my neighbors were very nice,friendly--even though i appeared to be one of the least wealthy in the neighborhood---99% of lwr is habited by very friendly people and i really miss it!
