Can anybody give me some details regarding what's going on with the Sarasota National housing track? Looks like somebody invested tons of money in infrastructure, but there's not much that's been completed. The golf course is beautiful and I'm certain the development would be fantastic if it could be finished. Does anybody know what the plans are?

My wife and I looked at buying in there a few years ago. The builder left Florida
. No ammenities are completed, the place is an empty ghost town and they have 2 different sets of HOA fees. Not worth a second look IMHO. I found the construction to be , well on par for Florida, its junk. We were in a model on a very winding day and all we could hear were the upstairs windows rattling, I looked at them and they each were installed with only 2 screws per window
go figure. The tile floor through the master bath was raised and cracked all across the bathroom, the pool area had huge cracks through the concrete, its just typical Florida handyman building. Worthless indeed. I do believe you can buy a lot and have your own builder go in now though.

. No ammenities are completed, the place is an empty ghost town and they have 2 different sets of HOA fees. Not worth a second look IMHO. I found the construction to be , well on par for Florida, its junk. We were in a model on a very winding day and all we could hear were the upstairs windows rattling, I looked at them and they each were installed with only 2 screws per window
