Can't wait for some action in the old Sorry Charlies building. That place has sat vacant for far too long in such a high traffic location.

I'm excited about the fish sign. I have a big photo on canvas of the original Frank Mathews Fish and Oysters sign, by Brian Stovall, hanging in my hallway. It is cool.
I heard "the fish" was safe in storage, so I'm glad to hear it is.
