Effingham IDA to be commended. Need more bonuses for involved members for good job tossing the original agreement for 1000 jobs.

Investors. Stock value is going to increase 1000 times over the present .03 cents to 30 cents a share with the reverse split of 1 for 1000.

So it's really happening?? Would be cool, really make it the Creative Coast. I thought it was all Professor Harold Hill and 76 Trombones?

I don't think so. A couple of dozen offers/listings don't make a party. I'm holding to my position that this is a scam and will hold to that until it is up and running as per the agreement with the IDA at the taxpayer money.

I'm also concerned about the new agreement that suggests (at least the way I read it) a good number of the 1000 people to be employed is really not 1000 Moon River people but 500+ people that will gain employment in the surrounding area as a result of the studio. What data do they have to support that?
Well, I was initially fooled into thinking all 1000 were on their payroll. Got me! Once. Now I will read more slowly.

A reverse split of 1 for 1000 shares today would bump the share price of Moon River Studios stock up to about what Medient was a year ago (26 cents).

They called me this week to see if I would be interested in submitting a resume for a staff position. It's odd that they are even looking to fill part-time positions like this. It's just not the way that studios work - below the line workers are not usually on staff with studios, and the ones who have any experience at all know better. They are hired project-to-project. It's been that way for a very long time in this country. If they were producing television dramas, that would be one thing, but these are strictly feature films they are talking about. When Kumaran was still in charge, I was able to see how some cultural differences might explain this rogue method. But, these guys are Americans. To me, it's telling of their lack of depth of experience in filmmaking that they don't deviate from their delusional former leaders' plans. As for their new guy's experience, he's adept at ruining vineyards and rock quarries, it seems. Filmmaking not so much.

Shyster. He's preying on the ignorance of the non-movie making audience in so many ways.

Of course, but sometimes it's fun to know the ending of the book before the reviews come out...lol.
With your background it must gall you to listen to this guy, similar to when I listen to some boastful seller of a house that goes on and on about the great house he's selling. Yeah right, huff and puff but he's hoping I don't blow on it.
