Where would be the best place to get information about the Savannah area from a business environment standpoint? Why would I want to invest in real estate in Savannah?

Why would you want to invest in real estate anywhere? The time for that has long passed.

investment in rental properties is not a bad idea at all if you can afford it. interest is low, and with everyone being forced from their own home by forclosure, they'll need a place to rent.
