While i always appreciate science moving forward however i just never worry much about e-coli as i've always taken probiotics as my gut is highly populated with these beneficial bacteria and BTW i'm a low carber who eats undercooked beef daily and i've never had a problem (as of yet anyway ). Also i quit some years ago living a ''clean'' lifestyle (anti bacteria products, rubbing alcohol etc.) as i believe that de-primes our immune system that has kept us alive now some 1.8 million years we humans have been around

Yeap no more anti bacterial crap products for myself. I even quit using Colgate Total toothpaste do to it having triclosan as an ingredient as i'll stick with natural toothpaste (Jason Sea Fresh brand)
