Truthfully never even heard about air dryers at home I use paper towels.

At a public washroom I hit the button to turn it on and do the hand dance under the warm flowing air.

Who's the OEM?

DOn't know couldn't care less...

I can't believe I just ran into this article. We put this out over a year ago. It's helpful for this debate:

I have no idea which I prefer ... never look at the brand. I suppose it's the one with the super high-speed airflow that dries your hands faster.

However -- I much prefer paper towels. It seems like just about every public restroom has doors that open inward, which means that as soon as you wash your hands, you have to pull the nasty door handle to get out. A paper towel gives you something with which to grab the handle with. Not sure why they don't have outward opening doors so you can push with your shoulder and keep your newly-washed hands clean.

One good thing about the air dryers is that they save energy because I refuse to use the G.D. things.

How the hell are you supposed to wash your face and dry it if there aren't any paper towels? TP doesn't work, especially if you have a five o'clock shadow on your face. What if it's hot and you're sweaty and you want to wipe your face?

I think the air hand dryer is one of the biggest scams foisted on the public.

Yeah, it is a strange poll and I have no idea on the hand dryers.
