Biotechnology and in the pharmaceutical and medical fields that is.
I've looked it up online and the explanations that I have found on science websites don't make much sense to me....they still sound like they're the same thing.
Pharmaceuticals are drugs discovered and developed to improve human life. Never would use the term biopharmaceutical. Sounds like advertising.
Biotechnology refers to the use of what we have discovered about biochemistry that we can use to hopefully improve the future of all desirable life forms directly or indirectly.

All biopharmaceuticals are biotechnology, but not all biotechnology is biopharmaceuticals. One is a superset of the other.
