There seems to be a growing number of A.I. programs just making up random things and passing them off as factual.

Here’s What Happens When Your Lawyer Uses ChatGPT
A lawyer representing a man who sued an airline relied on artificial intelligence to help prepare a court filing. It did not go well.

The lawsuit began like so many others: Aman named Roberto Mata sued the airline Avianca, saying he was injured when a metal serving cart struck his knee during a flight to Kennedy International Airport in New York.
There was just one hitch: No one – not the airline's lawyers, not even the judge himself – could find the decisions or the quotations cited and summarized in the brief. That was because ChatGPT had invented everything.

This week, the University of Waikato in New Zealand has encouraged "green artificial intelligence" for an environment-friendly New Zealand.

AI is getting smarter by the day:already learned to cheat!

It has no morals and it won’t get disbarred, get sued for malpractice and won’t go to prison in case of fraud -why not?

GPT-4 is incredible. Seems to form and understand concepts on it's own. But use with extreme caution.

Speaking of cheating, a friend told me a story I hadn't heard. Someone set up a war situation simulation where the A.I. was supposed to "kill" as many people as possible, within certain humanitarian restrictions, overseen by a moderator. The A.I. decided that the best thing was to kill the moderator, so as to get rid of the humanitarian issue and kill more people.
