Im in AZ and we are inside for 6 months. In PacNW you have the rain (I used to live there and I am coming bac), but you also have nice days too. There are no nice days in our 6 month block. Also, you can still go out in the gloom and rain. Try it when its 113 degrees...its life threatening.
