Gorgeous photos! But you've got to know those are not typical of Seattle weather in December and January. I'm amazed you found even one or two days like that this last year.

Beautiful pics! Just some of the reasons why the Seattle area continues to rank #1 for us, while we try to determine the best place for us in the PNW. Lots of great places there, but only Seattle has everything we want. Thanks for sharing the photos!

Thanks! My wife took most of them. To be honest we visited in January to experience the winter weather because we are thinking of moving to the area. That's 3 visits in the past 5 years during "crappy" weather months that were absolutely sunny and gorgeous. These photos were taken during New Years weekend and while it was sunny, it was freezing!

I believe we pulled off of Lakeside Ave and took a few photos in a parking lot.

Same here. We've made 3 scouting trips and intentionally avoided summer. We've experienced mostly nice weather. Maybe it's a cruel conspiracy to lure unsuspecting new residents to the area

It is a conspiracy. You have no idea how many people we lure here in the summer! The it starts raining in November, doesn't stop until June and those same people are a little crabby.
But we do get some good days as those photos show.
