They've been open for a few months, and I've been a member for a couple of years. As a member, I was able to be on the panel of the Pale Ale judging contest, which was so much fun. There are some very talented people involved with Flying Bike.

Not a huge fan of IPA's, but there is a beer called an India Red Ale, also known as an IRA. So Ira's IRA could work.

Or "Ira the Stout", label design could be "Robin Hood Merry Men-esque"

Nah. While I might be a little stout, I wouldn't want the world to know it. I'm a little teapot....
A little bitter but full of love I can get behind, but ...stout? How about "Ira The Giant"?

That's the other thing about the beer co-op. Interested members get to vote on names of the beers, too.
My suggestions have all been rejected.
