Curious about this random office building in Interbay I saw on Streetview. It was open as of this picture in 2019, but it's now marked as "Permanently closed", despite its businesses apparently drawing enough customers to fill up the parking lot in 2019.

However, I can't find any info about the Keller Building from a Google search (besides just the Google Maps location again) --- or about its one tenant listed on Google Maps, "Xavier Meso Law Group". I'm interested in why this building was located in Interbay in the first place (ultra-cheap real estate?) or why it was no longer profitable enough to stay open. Anyone know anything about it?

If you click around on Google maps I found this page
Keller Supply Kitchen & Bath Showcase
(206) 285-3800

And this website: https://www.kellersupply.com/home.php

So it turns out that office building is their corporate office, and per their site they are still operating.
