I am new to Seattle and live near Kinnear Park in Queen Anne. There is a long park called Elliott Bay Park. The whole length of the park seems to be cutoff (with no access) because of the train tracks and fence. I see one access point downtown at Alaskan way. Does anyone know if there are other access points to the park closer to Kinnear Park or 4th Ave W.? Kind of frustrating to have this bayfront park so close to my apartment that I cannot access.
Thanks, Drew

I was only there once and had walked from the Seattle waterfront.

Once. After a barrage of signs along the way warning me about....no loitering, no cooking, no camping, no drinking, no loud music, no skateboards, no rollerblades....I didn't see much point in going back.

I'm pretty sure there's only that one access point.

I just walked the length of the park, since it is a beautiful day.
I entered on Alaskan Way downtown. I walked north along the bay. Finally there was an exit at Elliott and Prospect. It is a really long stretch with no access in between. The park did go on northwestward a bit more, maybe there was another access point further along.
It was a nice enough park, narrow and a bit industrial. But wow, great views out along the bay, with views of Olympia and Ranier.

The north end of the park has access at West Galer Street at Elliott.
