Woodinville is wonderful!!! About 15 miles outside of Seattle and I would guess under 15K in population. Crime seems to be on the lower side. One public High School that I know of. Weather is similar to Seattle. I would say homes are priced over 400K for the most part.

Fall City is less populated, less expensive and much more rural. You have to be careful to check the water tables if you buy property. It can flood if you are too close to the river. But it is beautiful! Much closer to Skiing in the winter and about 30 miles from Seattle. You get a bit more snow in the winter in that area.

Are Fall City schools as good as Woodinville?

I had heard they weren't but now know some people in that district and they seem really happy with it.
