well- I'm not stupid- I can tell some of that area is sketchy- but I'm looking at a nice view condo above Seahurst park-but when I do a search on that area on this forum I frequently see negative comments about that area (it is located on 12 ave around 130th) am I asking for trouble? Can I post the name of the complex? Other comments say the Highline school is bad- which doesn't directly affect me- but may on resell- is that a consideration?

Tough one. Seattle is somewhat unique in there are pockets of nice areas/developments within, (shall we say) less than desirable neighborhoods. It's a trade-off to be sure. I guess it comes down to your own personal tolerance to this trade-off. Good luck.
