Call the cops to report trespassing (even with theft or large amounts of ruined belongings) and cops threaten to ruin you with psych evaluation at your own expense. My neighbors even witnessed the trespassers and vandals. Cops in my area were making threats to haul off victims for psych evaluation at own expense which could run MONTHS if person is acting normal, even when 6 other families had this happening at same time. NOTHING WAS EVER INVESTIGATED. Each family abandoned their place within a month...Ran off by code inspector telling them something didn't have permits so they couldn't even sell houses. This group of vandals has run for 2 decades in this area & nothing is done, they keep picking more people to screw over and cops move them on, even if they own property here.
If you ever get a disability check FOR ANYTHING & you have any cop asking you questions about where your money comes from, you need to lie about source of money & whatever complain caused a disability. The new 'mental case' approach to policing to have a counselor trained cop talk to anyone is causing mass discrimination, forced imprisonment at victim's own expense even if functioning & acting okay...
Whole state is dirty to cover victimizing people....
Should be noted, Kansas covered 30+ year violent sex abuse operation here and closed all police investigation notes to cover murders, elder abuse in nursing home, molestation, sex assault, child molesters hunting children and torment of the victim's families to get victims to drop charges & trap families of young children so their children could be hunted down. Cops only stood by and allowed it to happen for 30 years. Now victims of wealthy abusers are ruined, even people who moved to Kansas alone to work can be ruined & forced into a sexual abuse relationship in order to keep their employment. Some of these wealthy abusers threaten to get the women declared crazy in order to ruin credibility, keep using her & disability check...Courts here went dirty so only escape is quietly moving away with no forwarding address. You need to move driver's license and voter's ID immediately or Kansas will order you to jury duty & get you arrested when you didn't get the jury notice.
Governor ordered victims of the sex abuse to be called mental cases & victimized by police into silence. No other state in the country has privatized notes of police investigations. So far, governor has allowed some victims to be harassed for 30 years even after moving...No restraining orders are given despite hundreds of police complaints about this scam.
Eastern Kansas has developed some problematic wealthy people who moved to area to do dirty business from here...SE Kansas is ruining some new women who moved there alone to work, calling girls mental case & trap her with town drug dealer with cops hauling her off to mental hospital for arguments about drugs. Over and over some of the SE Kansas employment has ruined new female employees.
Wichita is ruining people who moved here alone to work. Workplace scams are VERY common & victim is always screwed out of unemployment. Some shops do this every 6 months for last decade. Socializing is ruining some people who had to submit to sexual relationship with wealthy to keep herself okay in Wichita.
Flint Hills area is scaring away so new residents as their employment is challenged.
KC has so many scams running, you need to know a local to make it through this. Bring a lot of extra money and patience, if you get angry about it things can be dangerous.

my property is marked and posted every 50 feet with no trespassing signs and no police allowed on the property without a valid warrant. even if they come onto the property, the sign on the front door says for the cops to call my attorney.
OP, I think your view of Kansas may just be the most unique I have heard. Although nearly incomprehensible, the gist I get is that you think the entire state government, as well as local governments, are actively working to make the state a criminal haven whose main purpose is to attack and destroy good people who settle there.
Now, I am no fan of government(indeed, I have been thinking lately that I may best be described as an anarchist), but your post smacks of paranioa and delusion. The government is not some hegemonic organism all working with a single-minded purpose to destroy individuals. It is an organization of individuals all working to pad their own pockets at the expense of others. They have a hard time even getting along with each other, and are far too busy being parasites to waste time plotting to destroy and drive away their funding sources, namely, residents. Are they destroying America? Absolutely. But it is not out of some grand scheme to destroy us, it is simply an abundance of greed for money and control that is driving the disaster. Kansas is no worse than anywhere else in this regard, and better than many places. Individual experiences may vary, but it is a rarity for the weight of the state to come crashing down on individual citizens without the citizen first committing some act that give the state an opportunity to collect money from them. Our job is to make sure we starve them at every turn...

You seem to have/had issues where ever you go or have been which suggests that it's not the places that are the problem ...
If you get a disability check, your source of income is in plain sight for Government to see when and how much you are paid.
