How Did We Do? UGH (stores, review, online, purchases)

Not to be cranky or anything but my pet peeve - online stores asking for feedback after you purchased something from them. Could you imagine if every time you bought something at a mall, somebody stopped you at the door of every store you went in to ask, "How did we do?" I don't give feedback to anyone unless there is a problem but I'm tired of being asked for it. If I buy something from them again, it must mean I like their products/service. Isn't that good enough?
Amazon, I've been shopping with you since you existed. I buy things from you frequently. Quit asking me to rate my purchases. Ditto all of you other online stores. We shop on line because it's hassle free. Stop making it a chore.
I do appraciate it when people that are happy with a product do give a review so the opinions aren't so slanted to the negative.
Rating the business.....maybe it's from Bizrate?......seems premature sometimes because it pops up immediately after ordering....way too soon to know how the entire transaction 'went'.
