I didn't shop on Thanksgiving or Black Friday. Not necessarily out of principle but I don't need anything.

I do think it is absurd that consumers have brought it down to this level. I can only imagine that the retailers are in constant struggle to safely satisfy this absurd demand.

LOL I don't feel bad for retailers at all. They are the ones stirring up the demand with their incessant marketing, lying and opening up on major family holidays.

That's just Wal Mart. I give kudos to Target because they have a more aggressive anti theft response and aren't afraid to take thieves down.
In some of the videos I have seen online, Wal Mart seems to be more concerned with stopping people from recording the madness going on rather than actually dealing with the crazy crowds.
