So I bought an item then 2 hours later asked to cancel the transaction. My CC was refunded. 1 1/2 weeks later the item shows up. What do I do?

Return it at the sellers expense. Email him and find out what he would like you to do.

I would immediately contact the seller via eBay's messaging and let the seller know you received the item you had cancelled and ask what they want to do. Open a dialogue so eBay knows you tried to resolve the issue if it should become a problem later.

Bujindork - log into ebay, find the transaction. It should be in MyEbay > Purchase History.

On the Actions menu, you should see a link to Contact Seller. Use that.
Let the seller know you received the package even though the transaction was cancelled, it was opened by mistake, and ask them what they want you to do with it.

The seller can issue a return label for you to send it back at no expense to you.
Or they might just tell you to keep it if it is an inexpensive item, or if the return shipping is greater than the value.

I'm surprised they sent it anyway after the trans was cancelled, but it happens. Especially if they have someone helping them.
