I love eating whatchamacallit but very hard to find. I can only find it at Walmart. No where else.
I just saw them in Sam's Club the other day. Yes, I know about Walmart and Sam's. If you want lots, and lots, then best to get it at Sam's. However, some places have a Walmart in town, not every town that has a Walmart, also have a Sam's Club. Maybe a friend that lives near a Sam's can get it for you? I think it was 5 pounds worth. I don't know how well they freeze though.
The Vermont Country Store has a lot of items that are hard to find anymore, and they have a website that makes it easier to get almost instant gratification.
Yes, and their prices are so high they need a financing department. They could get away with it before the internet, but now, pick any item from the catalog, Google it, and you will most likely find it cheaper elsewhere. I think their main target audience nowadays is old ladies who don't use computers (check out their clothing dept.)

I agree! That is one expensive store!! (couldn't rep. you again)
One product that seems to becoming scarce recently is Dannon Oikos Fruit On The Bottom Greek Yogurt. Seems like all supermarkets except Fry's (Kroger) have stopped carrying it locally.
I remember that a favorite dessert of my father was Entenmann's Pineapple Pie. Pineapple pie was very difficult to find. I'm not sure if Entenmann's offers it anymore.
L'oreal Exuberance, a foam which added more red highlights to my hair. I came across an old coupon for the product a couple of months ago--it expired in 1998 lol.
Also, Betty Crocker's Noodles Romanoff. I loved that stuff. No copycat recipe comes close (and I've tried 'em all).
BelVita Bites in mixed berry - they stopped making it and came out w/blueberry, chocolate and cinnamon - those are "okay", not great... really liked the mixed berry (so OF COURSE it was discontinued). Not going to bother buying the product at all anymore, so I guess I'll save a little
What I miss is Hollywood bread. I remember it from the 1960s and 70s, and became rare in the early 80s. I haven’t seen it since then. It was very dark, thin slices with sesame seeds on the crusts, and made incredible toast.
I remember that bread. I enjoyed it toasted, too. Wasn't it marketed as "diet bread"?
When I was a child (1950s-1960s) there was a brand of crayons which competed with Crayola. It was 'Crayrite' crayons, which was marketed by the well-known board game company, Milton Bradley.
This brand was my favorite. I remember that the colors were more vivid than the Crayola brand. Also, Crayrite had a number of interesting color combinations.
I checked The Milton Bradley Co. on Google and discovered that it went out of business around 1990. But, I think that Crayrite crayons were off the market for many years before that.
I saw a Triscuit rep. stocking the grocery store today and asked about the ginger/lemongrass flavor - you guess it: discontinued
