Even though they lost, I was really excited by England's new youth. That goal by Daniel Sturridge was amazing and Raheem Sterling was one fire. That kid is rapid quick and has a bit of Messi in him. Danny Welbeck could;ve done a bit better but he was still great. These three guys alone made me an England fan in this Cup and I hope they shut Uruguay down.

I have to say they are looking better than they have in a long time. Since 1990.

Indeed, which is why I think they should go with Ox on the wing instead of Rooney.

Let's just hope they have all their youth ready to beat Uruguay. Uruguay played dirty and rather uninspired. I think they can win.

Nope. They have always had great players that never performed enough to do anything at international level.

Ouch! England played better than Italy but were just unlucky. I think we'll see Sterling, Welbeck, OX, and Sturridge shine tomorrow.

No!!! Such terrible luck for England. I missed the game but saw the results. How did England play? Was it a grudge match?

Seems like Suarez was needed for the Costa Rica game.

I didn't see much either but from the little I did see, England looked ok but could not deliver. I don't know what's up with Gerrard in particular.

You didn't even see this last match, so why do you keep blaming England's losses on bad luck? I am a firm believer that, when a game or match is played fairly, whoever wins in sports deserves the win. Bad luck is a stupid thing to blame IMO. I was pulling for England too. Give some credit to the teams that beat them.
