Clemson Center, located at 139 Anderson Highway, Clemson, South Carolina 29631-1500, will be replaced by GrandMarch, a housing project for 494 Clemson University students with two swimming pools, two sand volleyball courts and a bocce ball court. GrandMarch, to be developed by Homes Urban, was approved Monday by City of Clemson's Planning Commission.

Tenants presently in Clemson Center have until Saturday, 18 April 2015 to vacate.
