Walnut Village, a mixed-use development with residential and commercial uses on 50 acres, will be locating along Edgefield Road near the planned Scuttle's Island Water Park in the City of North Augusta in Aiken County, South Carolina. The residential uses planned are a 300-unit apartment community and a townhouse community. Lodging is planned with one hotel.

Would Walnut Village would be located north of the intersection of Edgefield Road and Walnut Lane past Sweetwater Center.
