Which city is the fastest growing, most important in South Carolina?

Were I picking for a career, raise a family, retire to, etc. I would say Charleton first, Columbia second and Greenville a close third. Columbia and Greenville could switch positions depending one ones needs but to me Charleston will always be #1.

I voted Columbia. Columbia is one seriously cool, cool city. Many in Columbia say it is the next Austin, Portland or Seattle. I'm betting on it!!!

Mt. Pleasant, Summerville, Charleston, North Charleston should be a single choice IMO.

Out of all of the municipalities on this list, North Charleston is probably the winner for the fastest-growing. It has probably become SC's third city to hit six figures by this point.
