A few propositions but this stood out to me:
Among the suggestions are $170 million to jumpstart a $1.8 billion project to widen all of Interstate 26 between Charleston and Columbia.

I-26 recently was widened from Columbia to Sandy Run and I believe Charleston has been or already has completely widened I-26 in its suburbs. Closing the gap. Hell, all of I-26 (and I-126) should be widened.
