Hey guys, thought I'd let you know that the Discovery Channel will be having an episode of Man vs. Wild in the Black Hills and Badlands of South Dakota. If you are unfamiliar with MVW it stars a man named 'Bear' and it documents him as he lives off the land in various areas of the world. He survives for days only with the clothes on his back and his knowledge of nature. He has gone to the jungles and deserts of Africa, the Tundra, and even the swamps of Patagonia.
For those with Knology, it will be on at 11pm Wednesday November 10th, Mountain Standard Time. I don't know about Midcontinent's timing but hopefully someone will come along and share it. I have it set on my DVR!
Yep, I already have the DVR set as well. While we were out there in July, one of the waiters at the Alex Johnson said he'd seen him eating at the Firehouse, seems like it was the week or two before we got there.
