Just put a smoked turkey in the oven, when it's finished I'll let it cool down and slice it. I have potatoes cooking for potato salad, baked beans in the crockpot and a batch of dough in the breadmaker to use for buns. We're going to share it with friends watching the game this evening.

Last night we had "Tango Tomatoes". This is a Food Network recipe and it is great. Basically, tomatoes stuffed with a mixture of pepper, chorizo sausage, onion, celery, bread crumbs, pepper-jack cheese and parm. Then it is baked for 20-25 minutes. Really, really good.
Tonight - watching the Vikings/New Orleans game with pizza!!
Roast beef with seasoning. I love roast beef. Corn and not sure what else to have for a side dish at this point. Good comfort food for watching the Vikings-Saints game.

Mmmm...me too, Chris19! I had a roast beef sandwich for lunch (store bought), and boy, was it good! Roast beef gives me a warm, well-fed feeling in the tummy for sure...
Juicy Baked chicken. My wife use to make "chicken and rice" with cream of mushroom soup. I wish I knew how to make that
After this Vikings game, I'll be eating crow tomorrow
