Hello all,
My husband is medically retiring from the Army and we are thinking about making Spokane our new home.
We are in our mid 30's, with young two children (under 5). I am a LPN, but I have since furthered my education with a BA in Social Science and I am currently working on a Masters in Human Services. I will be working while my husband attends college.
I am looking for someone to connect with now (over email) who's in our age group, possibly with Kids for input and as a sounding board. I would be great to already "know" someone when we get there.

To paraphrase your thread, you basically said "I am THINKING about moving to Spokane, PM me if you want want to be my e-friend just in case I do move there." Are you really surprised you weren't bombarded with private messages?

I think you would have better luck joining a popular social media site and then joining groups related to Spokane to actually "meet" people and see what it's like here. City-data is really more for answering questions and gathering info.
