Looking for least resistant accommodation for lodging. Low burden (price, character, facilities, et cetera).

Crossland Studios (Spokane Valley) seems expensive. Boulevard Motel said no weekly rates (sounds expensive). Someone reported efficiencies for approximately $350; I am currently not able in finding these. Not looking for "application" fee payment. Prefer month-to-month, furnished, with Internet.

A bit over 1k a month... still a bit higher than most apartment rental complexes, but not bad imo

Default Harding Village

An apartment in a complex a street block away from North Shore Open Space Park (North Shore, Miami Beach, Florida), including all utilities and meals, access to an entertainment room and computer lab, for $495 a month (Harding Village) and you are saying I am suppose to think a Spokane Valley unit for over $1,000 a month, minus beach access, entertainment room, food and computer lab is not expensive?

Seriously not sure what I am paying for here.

Seriously, you are comparing prices of a metro area of 6,012,331 to a metro area of 535,724?

Ever heard of supply vs. demand?

Default What?

You think persons are demanding real estate in Spokane and the supply is low? Well, this unit is scheduled to become available.

The supply is low because no one is demanding it. Effenciency apartments are not much needed here so they are in short supply.

Boxkicker, may I ask you to elaborate about the Boulevard Motel?

On a different thread, someone mentioned a good extended-stay experience there; was your experience different?

I'm considering it for an extended stay--but maybe I should try it for a few days b4 committing to a weekly rate...??

Thanks for info--

Can you show me plz? Because most rents in South Florida average $1300/month... I work in sunrise, and the rents I see are never under $1100

Here, I got you a place in the heart of the ghetto Miami gardens area xD
