Great, but 10K in 90 minutes is walking pace, about 4.1 mph. I am impressed when Ed Whitlock runs 2:54 marathon at age 73 (about 6:38 min per mile pace) or 3:30 at age 81, but 10K in 90 minutes is not really running.I wish him the best, and may he live many more years, but it's making a mockery of foot races.
This is a great accomplishment for any age. Speaking of age, I dont believe that he is 100+. Again, regardless of age, this is already a great accomplishment.
