Sorry you had to miss your trip! I wrote a "trip report" in another post. You are so right about how friendly and courteous the waiters and waitresses are, as well as clerks in stores and people and general here! It is very refreshing compared with the "attitude" that we often get from them in New Orleans, isn't it?
Don't have time for Steak and Shake, but maybe next time! I hope your son likes his house. It sure seems like a good time to buy, nearly anywhere.
