Or "waterbugs" as my landlord woudl say.

Because my townhouse does and I so can't wait until the lease is up.I wouldn't suspect Chesterfield to have any, but what about Creve Couer? They are creeping me out and my house is always clean. Need a new place badly. Thanks!

I don't think roaches are necessarily limited by geography. And even in the city you will sometimes have them. It might depend on how many places there are the roaches to get into and how much garbage there is for them to eat.

I'd just google it. There are lots of websites about roaches, how to get rid of them, and why you get them in the first place.

Yeah, I don't think location is usually the issue. Even if you have a clean place, they still can get in through cracks/holes looking for food.

Tonya and I have never seen any roaches in our Maryland Heights/Creve Coeur home or neighbors' homes. I think all the roaches moved to Olivette.

If you're talking about the bigger "waterbugs" (which are really cockroaches that you may normally see outside or maybe in a garage), then I'll be the honest one and say that we occasionally come across a dead one in our basement (and we have our house sprayed every other month). We are in the city. I will say that I have seen these (again, dead) in other friend's basements in both west county and south county. MO has an entire array of bugs that as an out-of-stater, I was not used to when we moved here.
That being said, if you're talking about the little ones that scurry when you flip on a light in your kitchen, then...no. That's not the norm.

You should call Midwest Pest...they give you a 3 month guarantee and are quite reasonable and actually will come up as many times as needed to solve your issue
