If it's this one: (or any other along Pershing on Padmapper)
2000ft² - HUGE 1st flr of Duplex in Sunny Park Setting in Private Neighborhood
then it's uber an safe and GORGEOUS area. The neighborhood is University Hills, one of the wealthiest areas of University City. You will be very safe and will love walking around that 'hood, picking out the house you'll want to buy if you win the "big one!"

Pershing is a lovely street for its whole length. I'd say go for it!

I looked at that one, was actually in the house. My advice: no! The home is practically on top of Hanley, and Hanley is one of the busiest arterials in the region. Additionally, the home itself is not in particularly good shape.

Hanley sure is a busy road, and obviously I didn't see the condition of the place (though my place now is very "vintage" which I don't mind) but gosh that's a good location. Access to downtown Clayton and the metrolink like that certainly would be nice.
