Having trouble finding an agency/hospital/organization that will hire a master's level counselor where I can get supervision towards a license as an LPC. Does anyone out there know?

I emailed my LPC friend who responded "My understanding is that some positions at the Crider Center are designed for that purpose. The pay is not stellar, but people do it to work towards licensure. Preferred Family Healthcare and Gateway Regional in Granite city may also be options."
