No experience here, but the little I've been able to find about it (not including advertisement websites, which have no validity to me at all), seems to be pretty positive. It's supposedly beneficial for omega3 oil, and other nutrients as well. It sounds like you'd use it the same way you use flax seed as an additive to food, rather than in a pill or tablet.
I agree with you as far as no validity pertaining to advertisement websites,I did find some positive reviews on different websites.I may just give it a try and post my review here.thank you
I'm a vegetarian but never used Salba seeds. According to the U of T study they help high blood pressure and provide other benefits such as heart health. Is there a particular reason you are thinking of using Salba? I would think as this is something new, they maybe more expensive than older remedies. You know how it goes.
