My long time friend called me to catch up...she takes meds and a lot of supps too. She just found this Powder packet at Costco and was telling me about it. Looks pretty good, good balance of mag and potassium and everything and in powder form to go right into the body. I don't shop costco but it's probably available other places. She deals with colitis issues so has to be careful with the mag and potassium and she knows WE NEED THESE. She says she is feeling better energy from this product:
